2026 Spring County Basketball

2026 Spring County Basketball

Spring County Basketball is offered for players ages 8u through 14u (based on their age on 9/1/2025), boys and girls. Spring basketball is intended for seasoned, competitive players playing at a higher than average level. For less experienced players, Crofton offers winter intramural basketball with registration opening in October. Games for Spring County are typically on Sundays at Anne Arundel County Schools and practices are held two times during the week at Crofton Schools.

NOTE: Traditionally we have fewer teams in the spring and since teams are formed in multiples of 10, we have enabled the wait list at several divisions. If your child is interested in playing, PLEASE register early to avoid getting put on the waiting list. If you are put on the waiting list, we will contact you once we have enough kids at that age to form another team and will send you a note to complete your registration. Tryouts may be held for certain divisions to ensure all players can compete at the county level of play. Spring County registration opens on 1/15 and closes on 2/20. More information is available at www.croftonbasketball.com. If you are interested in coaching, please register when you sign up your child so that we have an accurate idea of the number of teams we can offer at each age. 2026 Girls Winter Flag Football

2026 GIRLS WINTER FLAG FOOTBALL

We are so excited to announce The Lady Cardinals Football Club, an NFL Flag football program for Girls ages 6-18! You are not going to want to miss out on this momentous opportunity! 

Lady Cardinals Football Club will be running from Mid-January 2026 through the Beginning of April 2026. We will be practicing and holding games at the start of our season at API in Gambrills and then we will be moving outside when the weather starts to warm up to MACC fields.

2026 Spring Boys Lacrosse

Lacrosse in Crofton continues to grow and develop young players. We continue to enjoy a high level of lacrosse coaching and skill development.  In addition to teaching the fundamental skills necessary to play the sport, we try to teach the strategies and teamwork necessary to master the sport while emphasizing sportsmanship, camaraderie and work ethic. We hope to make each player’s involvement with Cardinals Lacrosse a positive experience.

Crofton Girl's Lacrosse is open to all girls in grades K-8, regardless of their level of experience. Players at the Middie and Junior levels will be placed on a team based on ability as determined at placement sessions. We pride ourselves in building strong young women who have fun in a team environment.

2025-2026 CLIPPERS LACROSSE REGISTRATIONS

2025 Clippers Club Boys Lacrosse Registrations

Only players that have received a formal notification of being placed on a team from a coach and/or board member should continue with this registration. Please see www.clipperslc.com for a description of team fees.  Clippers encourages all players to participate in the fall tryouts as spring and rolling tryouts may not allow for payment plan opportunities. In general, no refunds will be permitted once a player has made the team, accepted the position and his deposit has cleared. If there is a very special circumstance, it will be evaluated by Board of Directors of Clippers Lacrosse Club for Boys.  Anne Arundel County imposes a $30 fee for all year-round outdoor sports participants this fee will be imposed and collected by CAC as an administrative fee at the time of registration for a Clippers team.
