The Crofton Athletic Council Annual General Membership Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, May 3rd, 2009 at 5 PM. The meeting will be held at the picnic pavilion at Bell Branch. At the meeting, elections will be held for expiring at-Large Board positions, each with a 3 year term, as well as for Board Members, which carry a one year term. All member families in good standing are entitled to vote. A member must be present to vote. Please get involved, come out and vote! CAC VOLUNTEERS:  If YOU are interested in volunteering - WE are interested in you! . .. fundraising, typing, etc. - please contact your child's coach or email the CAC at volunteers@croftonsports.com.
