The Crofton Athletic
Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to
serving the youth in the community by fostering in them the
principle of fair play, good sportsmanship, competitive
spirit, tolerance and friendship. The purpose of the
organization is to achieve these goals by offering
opportunity, participation and competition to all of the
youth of our community. We offer to our kids instructional
programs, intramural sports, county sports, and related
activities.
The volunteers of our council provide the children of the
Crofton community the following programs: Baseball, Basketball , Boys Lacrosse, Girls Lacrosse, Football, Soccer, Softball, Wrestling, Basketball,
Cheerleading,
Field Hockey and Volley Ball.

The Crofton
Athletic Council is now accepting applications for the 2008
Van Wycoff Scholarships. This scholarship is named in honor of
Van Wycoff, a CAC athlete and coach who was tragically killed
in an auto accident in October of 2004. Two $500.00
scholarships will be awarded. Applicants must have
participated in youth sports with the Crofton Athletic Council
and must be a 2008 high school graduates. The application
deadline is September 30th, 2008, and the
scholarships will be awarded by November 15th 2008.
